Every Day Care: To keep your furniture looking its best, be sure to vacuum clean the seat cushions, arms and back pillows weekly. Dust and dirt particles that accumulate on your furniture act as abrasives and cut the small fibers of the fabric causing a dingy, worn appearance. Also, be sure to rotate the seat cushions and back pillows on your furniture. This will help the cushions and backs maintain their shape and ensure even wear. Finally, avoid exposing your furniture to direct sunlight to prevent fading of the upholstery fabric.

Spills: When cleaning a spill, blot with a clean white cloth. Do not rub spilled material into the upholstery fabric. If blotting with a dry cloth doesn't remove the spill, then check the cleaning code of your fabric to determine what type of cleaning solution to choose. Use a water based solution for fabrics coded "W" and a water-free dry-cleaning solvent for fabrics coded "S". For fabrics coded "SW" use either of the above methods. Follow all instructions carefully and test the cleaning solution on an unseen area first.
